How to make a castella cake with cheddar: fluffy and tasty

Ingredients:
75gr Vegetable oil
90gr Cake flour
60ml milk
6 egg yolks
Meringue
6 egg whites
73gr Sugar
1gr Salt
20gr Grated parmesan
Cheddar slices
Directions:
Heat the oil and then add flour, mix well. Add the milk, stir and add the egg yolks. Whisk the egg whites and add salt and sugar. Fold the meringue to the egg yolks. Pour half of the cake batter in the pan, add cheese slices and parmesan. Nake at 300°F (150°) for 60 minutes.
