How to make zucchini pesto

Ingredients:
4-6 zucchini
4-6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 slices of semi-drying fresh chilli pepper
a tuft basil
a sprig parsley
1 tablespoon desalted capers
1 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
half a clove garlic
6 slices Parmesan
a cup hot water, salt to taste
Add the ingredients as shown in the pictures and put them in a blender; prepare a sauce that is perfect for seasoning gnocchi or any other type of pasta.
