Zucchini fritters: a perfect idea for a tasty appetizer

Yummy and easy to make, these fritters will impress your guests! Here's how to make them.
INGREDIENTS
1 bunch parsley
2 eggs
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
400g zucchini
50g Parmesan cheese
250g Flour
2g active dry yeast
225g water at room temperature
10g salt
optional:
Cream
Chopped green chilli peppers
Chopped onion

DIRECTIONS
Wash the zucchini and grate them. Now pour the flour into a bowl, along with the baking powder and running water. Add all the other ingredients, stirring vigorously. Fry in a pot with boiling oil for 3-4 minutes.
