Donuts cake

INGREDIENTS
1 batch yeast dough
1 batch yeast dough
For the chocolate cream:
700 ml fresh cream
50 g cocoa powder
60 g powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
50 g cocoa powder
60 g powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
For the chocolate ganache:
120 g fresh cream
100 g dark chocolate chips
100 g dark chocolate chips
METHOD
1.Using a round mold, shape the donuts, then create the holes with a smaller tips.
2. Bake at 180C/350F for 15 minutes
3. Beat the fresh cream and add cocoa powder, powdered sugar and vanilla.
4. Place the donuts in a dessert plate. Cover them with chocolate cream until the donuts are finished.
5. Melt the dark chocolate and add the cream. Pour it on the cake.
