Soft and delicious: how to prepare a double chocolate castella cake

Ingredients:
66g corn oil
55g flour
20g cocoa powder
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
5 egg yolk
50ml milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
5 egg white
75gr sugar
130 gr chopped chocolate chunks

130 gr chopped chocolate chunks
Directions:
Start to warm the corn oil, then pour it in a bowl and add the dry ingredients. Finally add egg yolk, milk and vanilla. Whisk the egg white and mix with the batter. Divide the batter and pour the first part in a mould, then add the chocolate chunks and then the secondo part. Bake at 250°F (125°) for 60 minutes.
