No butter apple crumble: a light and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
300g flour
75g potato starch
80g sugar
70g extra virgin olive oil
65g water
For the filling:
3 apples
3 tablespoons sugar
10 ground macaroons
10 ground walnuts
Directions:

Directions:
Cut the apples and mix with sugar, amaretti and walnuts.
Then prepare the pastry by mixing eggs and sugar with your hands and then add the flour. Once you have obtained the mixture as shown in the video, create the crumble. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes.
