Creamy kiwi cheesecake: a very delicious flavor

Ingredients:
Crust:
2 Pkg.(1/4 lb.) crackers or sweet plain cookies
1/2 to 1/3 Cup melted butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. brown sugar

Filling:
1 lb cream cheese
1 Cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 to 1 Cup powered sugar
2 Tsp. vanilla extract

Topping:
4 to 6 peeled Kiwi
3 to 4 Tbsp. white sugar
2/3 Cup water
2 to 3 Tbsp. powered gelatin
1 to 2 Each sliced kiwi
4 to 6 peeled Kiwi
3 to 4 Tbsp. white sugar
2/3 Cup water
2 to 3 Tbsp. powered gelatin
1 to 2 Each sliced kiwi
Directions:
Blend the crackers and mix them with brown sugar and melted butter. Spread the butter on the baking tray and put the crushed crackers. Bake at 350°F (170°) for 5-7 minutes.
