Sour cherry cream pie: a real treat for your palate

Ingredients:
Pie pastry
Custard
Sour cherries (to taste)
Powdered sugar
Butter for the pan
Directions:
Prepare the pastry and custard. Divide the pastry into two and roll it out. Fill with custard and sour cherries and cover with another layer of pastry. Make holes and bake at 175°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.
