Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp

INGREDIENTS
Juice of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp fresh thyme
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Salt
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined,
6 slices bacon, halved

12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined,
6 slices bacon, halved
METHOD
Mix the lemon juice, garlic, paprika, thyme, olive oil and salt in a baking dish.
Add the shrimp and toss to coat.
Marinate for 20 min in the refrigerator.Wrap each shrimp with a piece of bacon; secure with a toothpick.
Bake at 180C/350F for 10 minutes.
