Ingredients:
Cake:
4 eggs
150g sugar
200g flour
120ml sunflower oil
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 sachet baking powder
250ml milk
3 tablespoons hazelnut and chocolate cream
300g dark chocolate to melt
300ml whipped cream

Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar, then add the flour and oil. Then add cocoa, vanilla and baking powder. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes (you can use any bundt pan).
Once cooked, pour the milk in the middle and mash adding the hazelnut cream. Once the mixture is smooth, spread it on plastic film, stuff with the cream and roll. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours and then cover with chocolate.
