Cacio e Pepe Recipe (Spaghetti with Black Pepper and Pecorino Romano): A Mouthwatering Dish

Ingredients:
Spaghetti (400g)
200g pecorino romano
Black pepper in grains
Boiling water
Directions:
In a non-stick pan, toast the pepper. Then add a little boiling water and stir. Drop the spaghetti directly into the pan and stir until they are cooked and the water is thick. Then add the cheese and stir until you get some sort of cream. Serve with cheese and black pepper.
