Cocoa tart with white chocolate and raspberry: a delicious dessert

Ingredients:
150g butter
80g caster sugar
200g flour "00"
40 g cocoa powder
2 tablespoons vodka or rum
1 pinch salt
1 pinch cinnamon
White chocolate filling:
200g double cream
400g white chocolate
100g butter
200g mascarpone cheese
2 cups of raspberries
Preparation:
In the planetary mixer, mix the butter first, then add the sugar and flour. Then add cocoa, vodka and finally add salt and cinnamon. Let it rest in the fridge and then roll the dough out. Put it in the pan and cook in white for 10/15 minutes at 170°C (350°F).
Filling: boil the cream, then pour it on the white chocolate and stir. Then add the butter and the mascarpone. Pour it on the tart and cover with raspberries.
