Castella cake: a tasty, easy and fluffy dessert

Ingredients:
75 gr Corn oil
90 gr Flour
60 gr Milk
6 Egg yolk
6 Egg white
1/4tbsp salt
73 gr Sugar
Directions:
Mix corn oil, flour , milk and egg yolk in a bowl. In another bowl whisk the egg white and add salt and sugar. Unite all and put the batter in a baking tray, add the water as the video shows. Bake at 320°F (150-160°) for 60 minutes.
