Mini cream tart: a delicious and colorful dessert

Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry
Filling:
250g cream cheese
300g whipping cream
30g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

300g whipping cream
30g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fruits and macarons to decorate
Directions:
After preparing the pastry, roll the dough out and cut using cookie cutters. Then bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15/17 minutes.
Filling: Whip the cream and add the cheese, sugar and vanilla. Mix everything and fill with the pastry bag.
Decorate with fruit and cookies.
