3 egg yolks
30gr corn oil
30gr orange juice
15gr milk
60gr cake flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
5gr orange zest
3 egg whites
52gr sugar
Cook:
Preheat oven at 125°C.
Bake at temperature 125°C for 30 minutes.
