Tiramisù cupcake: the taste of coffee and mascarpone in a single bite

Ingredients:
Batter:
200 gr flour
20 gr cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
160 gr margarine
200 gr sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla paste
75 ml coffee
75 ml milk
150 ml coffee
Sugar (as much you need)
1 tsp of liquor
Cream:
300 gr mascarpone cheese
300 ml whipped cream
90 gr icing sugar
1 tsp of vanilla paste
3 gr jelly powder
15 ml water
Directions:
Batter: whisk the egg white. Them mix all the others ingredients starting from margarine. Then add the egg white. Put in the muffin mould and bake at 340°F (170°) for 20-22 minutes.
Then make some holes in the muffin and pour the coffee.
Cream: melt the jelly in the water and then whisk the cream. Then mix mascarpone cheese, icing sugar and jelly. Finally add the whipped cream. Cover your cupcakes and enjoy them.
