Few ingredients to make a fluffy and tasty focaccia: here's the recipe

Ingredients:
500g flour
325ml water
Salt
Rosemary
Olive oil
10g sugar
1 sachet dry yeast
Directions:
In the planetary put the flour and then pour the water. Then add all ingredients and stir until smooth. Let it rest for 60 minutes in a bowl covered with a kitchen towel. Then roll out the dough on a rectangular pan (spread some butter first) and let it rest for another 60 minutes. Then make holes with a fork and add oil, rosemary and salt. Bake at 220°C (440°F) for 10-15 minutes.
