How to make chilli pepper jam recipe

Ingredients:
1Kg hot chilli peppers
250g sugar
1/2 cup water
Directions:
Wash, cut and dry the hot chilli peppers. Then put them in a pot and add sugar, stir until you achieve the desired softness. Transfer the peppers to a food mill or a blender and puree. Cook for a few minutes and put in sterilized glass jars.
