Bread brioche: how to make this soft and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
500 gr flour
15 gr fresh yeast or 5 gr dry
60 gr of sugar
7 gr of salt
50 gr of butter or margarine
100 gr of milk
100 gr of water
2 large eggs

Directions:
Melt the yeast in the milk and mix all the ingredients with a spoon, after continue to work the dough with hands. Let it rise for 1 hour. Then work the dough with hands too and let it rise for 1 hours. Then make some balls and cover them (Let them rise for 75 minutes). bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes.
