Cheese-stuffed artichokes: this recipe will drive you crazy

Ingredients:
Artichokes
2 slices mortadella (large)
50g cheese (of your choice)
30g grated cheese
salt
Breadcrumbs (flavored with pepper and parsley, blend them all together)
1/2 lemon
Olive oil
Directions:
Combine the cheese and mortadella with the breadcrumbs, adding the salt. Then dilute the oil in a small bowl and add it to the ingredients. Stuff the artichokes and place them in a pot with water. Cook for 90 minutes over low heat.
