Homemade focaccia: simple, soft and tasty

Ingredients:
400g flour
200ml hot milk
200ml water
100ml oil
1 cube yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 or 2 egg yolks
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in milk then mix with flour. Gradually add water and oil. Finally sugar and salt. Keep stirring until the dough is smooth, then let it rise (covered) for a couple of hours. Divide and flatten to shape the focaccia. Cover with the egg yolk, salt and poppy seeds (even oregano is perfect).
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 40 minutes.
