Lasagna rolls

Ingredients:
6 lasagna sheets (cooked);
1 cup cheese sauce;
1 cup meat sauce;
1 cup mozzarella, shredded;
flour;
egg wash;
breadcrumbs;
vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions

1 cup mozzarella, shredded;

Instructions
Pour cheese sauce into a loaf pan and freeze for an hour. Cut into small strips.
Cover about 2/3 of lasagna sheet with meat sauce, sprinkle mozzarella on top and add cheese sauce strip on one side of the pasta sheet. Roll carefully but tightly.
Dredge lasagna roll in flour, deep into beaten egg and cover with breadcrumbs. You can add another layer of breading if you prefer an extra crispy roll.
Deep fry each roll in preheated (180C/350F) oil for 3-4 minutes. Transfer onto paper towels to absorb extra grease before serving.
