Ingredients:
500ml milk
300ml oil
Salt (2 teaspoons)
1 sachet instant yeast
400g flour
Butter (q.b.)
Filling:
300 gr ricotta
Parsley
You can also stuff them with ham and smoked cheese
1 egg yolk
Directions:
In a bowl mix milk, oil, salt, flour and yeast. Knead the dough until smooth. Roll out a portion of dough, brush with butter and overlap another portion. Then cut and stuff as shown in the video. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes.
