Tangerine cookies: these cookies smell so incredible you won’t believe it!

INGREDIENTS
250 flour
salt
30ml lemon juice
90g sugar
40ml vegetable oil
80ml water
lemon zest
1tsp baking powder

DIRECTIONS
1. Mix together the flour and all the liquid ingredients. Add the baking powder last.
2. Refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes, and shape it into small balls.
3. Flatten each ball and place a slice of tangerine or lemon over each one.
4. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
