Falafel: blend the chickpeas to make these delicious falafel balls!

Blend the chickpeas onions and parsley. This recipe is the perfect dinner idea!
INGREDIENTS
250g chickpeas
olive oil
salt
pepper
garlic
parsley
onion
one tbsp breadcrumbs

DIRECTIONS
1. Put the dried chickpeas in water with a pinch of baking soda and let them soak for at least 12 hours.
Dry them well and then blend them together with salt, garlic, oil, parsley, and onion. Is the mixture is not thick enough, add some breadcrumbs.
2Cook them in a pan with a bit of olive oil (or vegetable oil). You can also bake them at 180° for about 20 minutes.
3. Once they become golden brown on both sides they are ready to serve.
