How to make an only dough for more desserts

Ingredients:
4 eggs
150 gr sugar
120 ml water
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
70g butter (softened)
200g flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
White cream:
1 liter of milk
1 teaspoon caster sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 sachet vanilla extract
2-3 tablespoons butter
300ml whipped cream
Fruit to taste (optional)
150ml melted dark chocolate

Directions:
Divide the egg yolks from the whites and whip them. Then mix the egg yolks with the sugar and add the flour. Then add the water, butter, baking powder and vanillin. Pour the mixture into a rectangular pan and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25 minutes.
Cream: melt sugar and butter, then add the flour and milk a little at a time. Mix and add the vanilla, continue stirring until you get a thick mixture without lumps. Let it cool.
Cut and fill the rolls as shown in the video, then cover with cream and chocolate.
