Here are ingredients and directions to make delicious jam filled cookies.
Ingredients:
125g butter (margarine)
half a cup milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 egg
1 sachet vanilla
jam to stuff
Put the dough in the muffin pan, fill with jam, close and make small cuts onto the top; bake at 180°C (350°F), let it cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
