Anchovies
Parsley
Grated cheese
Breadcrumbs
Eggs

Eggs
Salt
Directions:
Clean and cut the anchovies. Mix the grated cheese with parsley and salt, then fill the anchovies and roll them. Put them in the breadcrumbs and in the eggs beaten. Fry in hot oil.
