Cheese medallions: an easy and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
400g ricotta cheese
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cream cheese
2-3 tablespoons flour
Grated lemon
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Blend ricotta cheese, eggs and 1 tablespoon of flour, then add cream cheese. In a bowl add the rest of the flour and lemon, then salt and pepper. Put everything in aluminum foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then cut and fry your medallions.
