Stuff phyllo dough and then wrap puff pastry: a tasty savory recipe

Ingredients:
2 layers phyllo dough
150g puff pastry
4 potatoes
1 onion
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
Salt
Pepper
2 egg yolks
Directions:
Cut and heat the potatoes, then in a pan fry the onion with the oil and add the potatoes. Finally mix with the tomato. Then cut the phyllo dough into wedges and stuff it. Cut strips of puff pastry and wrap them in the rolls. Brush the yolk and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes. As an excellent alternative to this recipe, you can use cheese and salami to stuff.
