Muffin tin cheeseburgers

Ingredients:
300 g (10 oz) minced beef;
½ small onion, chopped;
2 tbsp olive oil;
½ tbsp worcestershire sauce;
2 tbsp ketchup;
salt and pepper to taste;
1 tsp dried garlic;
3 burger buns;
3 sliced cheese, cut into pieces;
ketchup, mustard and pickles for serving.
Instructions

Instructions
Heat olive oil over medium heat, add bacon and onion and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add minced meat and cook for 7 minutes more.
Season meat filling with spices and sauces and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes more.
Slice burger buns in half and press each half into a muffin tin. Fill muffins with mead and cover with cheese.
Bake cheeseburgers at 180C/350F for 20 minutes.
Serve with mustard, ketchup and sliced pickles.
