Salmon roll

Ingredients:
500g Salmon
1 carrot, grated
1 cup Cabbage, chopped
2 cups mushrooms, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Oil
Preparation:
In the pan, cook carrot for a few minutes, then add cabbage, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Then cut the salmon, stuff it with vegetables and roll it up. Cover with plastic wrap.
Chill for 1 hour.
Bake at 180C/350F for 20-25 minutes.
