Savory cheese roses: a tasty idea that everyone will love

Ingredients:
Phyllo dough (one layer for each rose)
400g cheese or fresh ricotta
Butter
Pepper (optional)
1 egg yolk
Directions:
Form a spiral with the phyllo dough and wrap it as shown in the video. Then put melted butter and cheese or ricotta on the end. Close and turn the rose upside down. Put them in the muffin pan, brush the egg yolk and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes.
