Lemon Bundt Cake: A Simple And Tasty Recipe

Ingredients for Bundt Cake:

Ingredients for lemon frosting:
1.5 cup water
1.5 cup of milk
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons of starch
3 egg whites

Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar with the whisk, then add flour, oil and milk. Next, add yogurt, lemon juice and lemon peel and stir. Finally add the yeast. Grease the cake pan, pour the batter and bake for 40/45 minutes at 175°C (350°F).
For the frosting, put all the ingredients, except the oil, in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add the oil and mix with a food processor (or whisk) for ten minutes, until smooth and creamy.

Once the cake is baked, let it cool and cut it in the middle. On the lower part put the lemon cream and then cover with the top of the cake. Finally decorate with tufts of cream, white chocolate and pistachio flakes.
