4 eggs
20g fresh yeast
30g lard
Salt and pepper
25ml milk
100ml lukewarm water
100g sweet provolone

A delicious recipe which is perfect for Easter Sunday.
Leavening: cover with plastic wrap and let rise until it reaches the edge of the pan.
Baking: 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes
