Dark Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch loaf pan with butter. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Add in egg, vanilla, banana and sour cream. Beat to combine.
Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Add batter to loaf pan. Top with dark chocolate chips.
Bake for 60-70 minutes until the center is set. Let cool before removing from the pan and slicing.
