Healthy and tasty cereal snacks: the perfect thing to snack on when you are on a diet

With fruit and yogurt, they are so easy to prepare!
INGREDIENTS
For the balls:
130g oats
100g honey
1 tbsp peanut butter
50g puffed rice
pumpkin seeds
raisins
berries

1/2 banana
150g oats
100g honey
chocolate chips
50g cornflakes
1/2 banana

Greek yogurt

DIRECTIONS
for the balls:
1. Mix the oats and puffed rice together with honey and peanut butter.
2. Add your favorite seeds and freeze for 30 minutes.
3. Roll the mixture into balls and serve.
4. Refrigerate any leftovers.

1. Combine cornflakes with honey, chocolate chips, oats and a half mashed banana.
2. Place the mixture in muffin molds. Press the mixture in and around the sides of the mold to make some baskets.
3. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Let them cool down completely.
4. Fill with fruit and yogurt.
