Let the dough rise directly in the muffin pan: the result is nice and yummy

Ingredients:
4 cups flour
1 egg
Fresh yeast (1 cube)
Half teaspoon salt
Vanilla extract
55g butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup hot milk
Chocolate for stuffing
Directions:
Put flour and yeast in a bowl and mix, then add the other ingredients. Once the dough is smooth, form balls and put them in the muffin pan. Let rise for 1 hour and brush the egg yolk. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes. You'll have nice mushrooms to fill as you prefer.
