Make meat "cups" and stuff them: a delicious dish

Ingredients:
500g ground beef
1 chopped onion, diced
Parsley
Bread crumbs
1 egg
salt
pepper
Bechamel
Grated cheese
Stuff as you prefer (peas and potatoes have been used here)

Stuff as you prefer (peas and potatoes have been used here)
Directions:
In a bowl, put the ground meat and mix with the other ingredients. Form the meat bowls and place in a pan. Stuff and cover with bechamel. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes. Then cover with the cheese and pour the sauce, leave in the oven for another 10 minutes.
