3 peppers
500g ground beef
Grated cheese
Garlic
Soft part of bread or breadcrumbs

Soft part of bread or breadcrumbs

Directions:
Cut the potatoes into thin slices, scoop out the peppers and cut them. Prepare the meatballs with garlic, soft part of bread, salt and pepper (you can add parsley). Arrange everything as shown in the video and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 40/45 minutes.
