Stuffed pistachio biscuits: you'll surprise your guests

Ingredients:
2 glasses of oil
1 glass of milk
5 cups of flour
Baking powder
1 cup of chopped pistachios
50 gr boiled spinach
Pistachios
Pistachio cream
Syrup:
3 cups of sugar
3 cups of water
Lemon juice
Directions:
Mix oil and milk, then add flour, pistachios, spinach and baking powder. When the dough is uniform spread the portions on the grater and fill them. Bake at 356°F(180°) for 30 minutes. Cook sugar, water and lemon juice for 5/10 minutes and pour on the biscuits.
