Put the stamp in the cocoa and decorate the cookies: an original and delicious idea

Ingredients:
150 gr butter
3 glasses of flour
1 glass of icing sugar
1 teaspoon of apple vinegar
2 teaspoons of oil
3 tablespoons of beetroot juice (or food coloring)
1/2 tablespoon of vanilla
1 tablespoon of baking powder
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
Cocoa powder
Directions:
Mix butter, icing sugar and oil. Then add the others ingredients. When the dough is uniform cut some portions and spread them. Put the stamp in the cocoa and press on the cookies. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes.
