A simple and quick recipe, for cakes with a delicious apple filling; perfect for a snack or to be served with a good hot tea.

INGREDIENTS
250g butter (room temperature)
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp yogurt
Half a cup powdered sugar
1 sachet vanilla
220g flour
For filling:
4 medium-sized apples
1 tsp cinnamon
1 stick butter

DIRECTIONS
Grind the apples and cook with 5 tablespoons of sugar in the pan. Add butter and cinnamon at the last moment. Knead the ingredients for the biscuits, then work the doughs and add the filling. Bake in preheated oven at 170°C, let it cool and add the powdered sugar.
