If you have stale bread, here's how to reuse it in a tasty way!
INGREDIENTS

tomato puree
basil
Parmesan cheese
milk as needed
mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS
1. Place the slices of bread on the baking sheet. Add some milk to soften them.
2. Season with tomato sauce, oregano, mozzarella, and parmesan.
3. Season with a little oil and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
4. Add some basil leaves and serve warm.
