The recipe to make tasty stuffed briocheIngredients:
1 teaspoon of warm water
1 teaspoon of warm milk
1 egg white
2 tablespoons of caster sugar
1 pack of instant dry yeast (10 g)
3.5 cups of flour
For the filling:
1 cup of tahina
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of molasses
half a teaspoon of water
1 egg yolk
How to make:

Crush the dough balls with a glass so as to create a base in which to insert the stuffing made with tahiina, previously prepared; after spread a little yolk on the edges of each pastry and bake for 20 minutes at 190 °: let it cool for just 5 minutes and your cake is ready.
