Shrimp skewers

Ingredients:10 large shrimps, cleaned and rinsed;
½ tsp salt;
1 medium zucchini, sliced thinly;
1 egg;
1 cup panko breadcrumbs.
Instructions
Season shrimps with salt.
Place on shrimp on the bottom of zucchini strip and roll tightly.
Put shrimp roll on a skewer to secure. Skewer 5 shrimp rolls on each skewer.
Dip shrimp skewers into a beaten egg. Cover with breadcrumbs.
Bake at 200C/400F for 10 minutes or until shrimps turns pink and breadcrumbs turn golden brown.
