Put the phyllo dough in the mould and fill it: a special recipe

Ingredients:Phyllo dough
300 gr ricotta
Egg yolk
Poppy-seeds
Directions:
Cut the phyllo dough and put it in the mould. Then fill with ricotta and spread the egg yolk. Cover with poppy-seeds and bake at 356°F (180°) for 20 minutes.
