Potato bruschetta: a perfect recipe for appetizers or side dishes

Ingredients:1 package of mushrooms
Onion
4 large potatoes
Mozzarella cheese
salt
Black pepper
Directions:
Cook the mushrooms with the onion, the salt and the pepper. Boil the potatoes and cut them into slices. Cover them with mushrooms and mozzarella. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
