Savory avocado pastries

Ingredients:1 avocado, peeled, seed removed;
2 sheets puff pastry;
6 slices smoked salmon;
egg wash.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200C/400F. Place a layer of parchment paper on top of your baking sheet.
Slice avocado thinly. Place each slice on top of the puff pastry sheet and, using a toothpick, trace a border repeating the shape of an avocado slice.
Step 1 cm (about ½ inch) away from the avocado and cut the pastry repeating the shape of an avocado slice.
Roll smoked salmon and place it into the hollow in the middle of an avocado slice. Brush puff pastry with some egg wash. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
