The recipe for making fantastic peanut-coated orange biscuitsIngredients
250 g butter at room temperature
3-4 tsp powdered sugar
1 sachet of vanilla
Orange peel
1 egg yolk
1 egg white
flour
hazelnut
melted white chocolate
Create balls out of the dough mixed with orange peels, soak peanuts in egg yolk, then coat the balls in peanuts and poke a hole into each ball; bake in the oven at 180°C until they are golden brown: finally fill with white chocolate.
